About the Role

This is a full-cycle closing role at a fast-growing AI SaaS company serving SMBs across Europe. You will own the entire sales motion from demo to close, working a high-velocity pipeline of warm, pre-qualified leads and helping shape the sales playbook as the team scales.

What You'll Do

- Run 8 to 16 qualified demo calls daily, moving prospects through the funnel with precision and speed.
- Own monthly and quarterly quota targets, taking full accountability for hitting them consistently.
- Manage your pipeline through structured follow-ups and maintain clean, up-to-date CRM records.
- Generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting when inbound volume slows.
- Contribute feedback to continuously improve the sales process and playbook as the team grows.

What We're Looking For

- 1 or more years of sales experience in transactional or B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of closing deals through a structured sales funnel with documented quota attainment.
- Native or C2-level Italian proficiency; strong English is required. German is a plus.
- Experience managing high-volume inbound demo calls and converting qualified leads.
- Strong CRM hygiene habits and disciplined follow-up processes.
- Outbound prospecting skills and the initiative to fill your own pipeline.
- High ownership mentality, self-discipline, and a genuine drive to earn.
- Natural communicator who can build rapport quickly and articulate a value proposition clearly.
- Bonus: experience selling AI or automation products to SMBs, or background in a fast-scaling Series A/B-stage SaaS environment.
- Willingness to relocate temporarily to Vienna for approximately 2 months to immerse in the company culture and team.
