About this role
Non-licensed person who assists in the nursing care or patient who may include newborn, children, adolescents and all ages of adults. Provides and maintains a safe, clean environment in patient rooms and service areas. Perform phlebotomy and EKG procedures.
Education & Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Phlebotomy course completion and EKG training.
- Will train qualified applicants.
- Phlebotomy & EKG experience preferred.
Certification/Licensure:
- BLS required.
Physical Requirements:
- Mental capacity to perform responsibilities.
- Able to walk briskly, stand and lean over.
- Able to lift moderate weight.
- Has quick reaction to prevent injury to patient or self.
- Able to perform duties listed in N/A job description when necessary.
