Responsibilities
- Enforce property rules and regulations with a focus on conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- Process trucks inbound and outbound.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities during the shift
- Assist in maintaining a secure environment through vigilant observation and proactive intervention
Qualifications
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with security procedures, conflict resolution, and emergency response protocols
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
