Job Description
Your Role
- Deploy, integrate, and support cloud platform environments using OpenStack and containerized solutions for telecommunications customers.
- Perform platform installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and operational support from deployment through production.
- Investigate and resolve incidents through JIRA , collaborating with global teams to ensure service continuity.
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks to automate deployment, configuration, and operational tasks.
- Monitor platform performance and system health using Prometheus and Grafana , while participating in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning.
Required
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting in cloud environments.
- Experience working with OpenStack , containers, and cloud platform deployments.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience with Ansible automation , configuration management, and operational support activities.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, JIRA , and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
