Job Summary:

This position will track and analyze data and develop and maintain reports and dashboards, models and systems critical to monitoring, facilitating and achieving Sales and Marketing growth goals and activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Growth Systems Administrator - Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Fieldbook/Moata the Marketing Lead Tracking System (MLTS). Maintain, update, test and troubleshoot the application, working closely with internal users and outside programmers. Identify bugs as well as opportunities for improved functionality and continuous sales efficiency. Propose new enhancements and write detailed specifications for modifications; lead project, manage budget and supervise outside programmers to implement these changes. Develop and publish system reports and analysis. Provide hands‐on training to internal users and also develop written training materials.

- Support key marketing databases (e.g. Datamart and various program databases) including troubleshooting production issues and testing enhancements. Identify opportunities to automate or streamline reports and complete necessary programming. Develop and perform processes to ensure data accuracy.

- KPIs Tracking, Analysis and Reporting - Develop, publish and analyze current and historic quantitative data, key metrics and trends used in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and sales performance program including monthly customer additions, lead volume, sales incentive/compensation, etc. Identify and interpret business challenges using data and recommend solutions to improve processes. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards as appropriate to communicate results.

- Financial Tracking, Analysis and Reporting – Collaborate with and provide supporting data to the Business Development Engineering and Sales Teams to present a comprehensive growth capital expenditure budget and ongoing forecast. Additionally, track and report upon operating expenditures for sales, marketing and customer success cost centers and prepare corresponding budget templates annually. Provide growth margin and NPV analysis as needed.

- Models - Develop and maintain key sales models, such as residential savings model, profitability model, forecasting models. Ensure usage standards, sales profitability calculators, and profitability inputs are consistent and accurate. Have a strong voice in journey planning, content creation, and advertising strategies in order to facilitate sales buy-in and adoption.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to understand, synthesize, present and summarize complex datasets and data models

- Solid working knowledge of programming languages such as VBA and SQL statements

- Expert in Microsoft Excel and solid working knowledge of writing queries and development reports and dashboards in Access, Crystal Reports and PowerBI

- Ability to identify gaps in business processes and recommend and implement solutions

- Extremely proficient in database design, data schemas and joins

Education & Experience:

- 2 or 4 year degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, Programming or similar, preferred

- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferred
