## POSITION SUMMARY
The Global Client Account Manager II role is a new position being added to the Breakthrough team to support our growing global client base. This role will support all clients outside of North America, with a heavy focus currently on the European market. The Client Account Manager II builds and maintains strong client relationships, proactively resolves issues, and ensures consistent delivery of high-quality service. This role coordinates with internal experts and client teams to implement fuel recovery initiatives.

This role will be based on-site in Green Bay and may include minimal international travel (approx. 5%). Flexible work hours may be needed on occasion to support various client time zones; ideal working hours to support European clients would be 5am-2pm or 6am-3pm.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day delivery for clients across BT’s book of business, including Fortune 500 companies and leading supply chain organizations. Oversee assigned clients operating across multiple products regarding advanced coordination, including those with multiple service offerings.
- Responsible for driving operational excellence and client satisfaction, ensuring consistent execution and communication and delivering accurate and timely reports
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; respond promptly to inquiries and resolving routine issues. Drive client roadmap alignment and execution.
- Deliver advanced reporting and interpret performance metrics for clients.
- Coordinate with internal experts to implement client initiatives.
- Analyze complex data and recommend solutions. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail ensuring minimal errors
- Coordinate end-to-end client implementation activities and strategic projects, prioritizing initiatives based on client value and urgency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support client needs, deliver solutions, and resolve undefined issues, while enabling transparency by documenting information in internal systems such as Salesforce and Confluence.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and client experience.
- Lead client meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions by owning content preparation, agenda alignment, and follow-up notes.
- Support clients’ use of internal platforms (FELIX) and publications
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with reporting tools and industry benchmarks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Fluency in a foreign language a strong plus.
