Analyze current staff workflows and design streamlined, standardized processes for gathering, reviewing, and publishing official documentation across directorates

- Build, test, and maintain automated business processes using Power Automate to handle task routing, staffing reviews, and document lifecycle management

- Apply a sharp eye for process optimization to eliminate administrative bottlenecks unique to military headquarters operations

- Records Management & Compliance:

Implement and manage records management policies, retention schedules, and disposition rules in accordance with Army and federal mandates

- Utilize Microsoft Purview to configure retention labels, sensitivity labels, and automated disposal workflows, ensuring adherence to data governance and security protocols

- Support periodic audits, data calls, and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or Congressional inquiry preparation through organized repository maintenance

- Analytics & Reporting:

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics reports to monitor SharePoint site health, user adoption, storage utilization, and compliance tracking

- Present actionable data insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement in information sharing

Here's What You Need:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in information management, knowledge management, SharePoint administration, or data operations—preferably within a federal, defense, or military headquarters environment

- Solid working hands on experience with SharePoint Online architecture, site configuration, and basic development (custom lists, libraries, modern web parts)

- Hands-on experience building cloud flows in Power Automate and generating operational reports via Power BI

- Familiarity with federal or DoW records management guidelines, National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) standards, and Microsoft Purview
