Location: Shirley, MA - Souza Baranowski Correctional Center
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $67,000/annually

The Director of Facility Programming is responsible for:
- The direct management of all aspects of Spectrum programming at the assigned site.
- Working closely with Massachusetts Department of Correction (MADOC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure delivery of services.
- Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week and potential weekends.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure preferred.
- Bachelors Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education, counseling, or closely related field required.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Corrections experience preferred.
