Job Summary:
Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse. Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices. Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space. Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.
We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator to join our Distribution Business in (Henderson, CO).
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Receive, inspect, sort, label, and store incoming materials.
- Pick, pack, and ship products according to customer requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and powered industrial vehicles (PIV).
- Perform quality checks on materials and identify discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse storage space.
- Follow all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures and use required PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support continuous improvement activities and work collaboratively with warehouse and support teams.
Forklift/PIV Experience Required
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
