What You’ll Bring:

- 5+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or related field
- Proven ability to design across multiple modalities and formats (digital, live, experiential)

- Experience designing for sales, leadership development, or performance-based roles (insurance/financial services experience preferred)
- Proficiency with learning technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Scribe, HeyGen, Premier, and other modern authoring tools and technologies
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and content design tools; familiarity with multimedia and video tools is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams

What Sets You Apart

- Experience designing AI-driven or adaptive learning experiences
