Available Hours: Part or Full Time, 12-Hour Shifts,Overnights, 7pm-7am Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
Location: Maywood, IL
Experience: Trach & G-Tube Experience Required, Pediatric Experience Preferred
*Premium Weekend Pay: $50/Hour for Registered Nurses on Fridays thru Sundays

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Duties:
- Perform care as defined by clients individual Plan of Care and within scope of states nurse practice act.
- Monitor patients condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
- Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill.
- Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws.
- Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs.

Position Requirements
Nurse Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in state for which you are applying. (Illinois)
- Home Health Experience Preferred
- Experience with Tracheostomy and G-Tube Clients
- Minimum 1 year critical care nursing experience.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Reliable car / auto insurance.
- Clean background and criminal record.
