Selrico Services Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Ranch Hand/General Labor to join our team in Bulverde, TX. This role involves supporting daily ranch operations through various general labor tasks to help maintain efficient and smooth-running activities on the property.
Responsibilities
- Assist with feeding, watering, and caring for livestock
- Maintain fences, gates, and other ranch infrastructure
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the ranch
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment
- Operate farm equipment as needed and follow safety protocols
- Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and clearing land
- Support the team in daily ranch duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in ranch work, general labor, or similar fields preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the Bulverde, TX job location
- Must live in Bulverde, Tx or surrounding areas as housing is not provided
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
- Ability to operate basic farm equipment safely
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a background check
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
