## How you create impact

- Prestar suporte, orientação e consultoria, garantindo a satisfação dos clientes;
- Receber, qualificar e registrar pedidos dos clientes no processo operacional;
- Tratar ocorrências e buscar soluções para problemas dos clientes;
- Cadastrar clientes, alinhar requisitos e acompanhar os primeiros embarques;
- Atuar como ponto focal para cotações, transporte marítimo e coleta/entrega de cargas;
- Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, implementar planos de ação e promover melhorias.

## What we would like you to bring

- Ensino superior completo em Comércio Exterior, Relações Internacionais ou similares;
- Experiência na coordenação de processos de importação e acompanhamento de embarques internacionais;
- Conhecimento em atendimento ao cliente;
- Inglês intermediário.
