US Synthetic has an immediate need for a Receiving Team Member located in Orem, UT . The Receiving Team Member will receive and inspect incoming freight. Enter receive data and stock shelves of the warehouse. Manage, organize, and improve warehouse efficiency. Control and cycle count warehouse inventory for companies 10, 25, and 30. Follow and implement Lean principles at work site. Always ensure safe workplace. Manage load outgoing freight.

What You Will Do:
- Unload incoming freight
- Inspect and unbox product
- Stock shelves with received product
- New product and part number set up
- Operate forklift
- Perform 3 way match
- Input data into Made2Manage
- Work extra hours, overtime, or Saturdays when needed
- Implement continuous improvement ideas
- Participate in monthly one-on-ones
- Participate in PDCAs and Kaizen events
- Manage warehouse
- Cycle count inventory
- Able to count by 1, 5, 10, 50, 100, 200, 250, etc. up to 10,000 or more
- Mandatory end of year cycle count
- Obsolete warehouse materials
- Manage waste streams (dunnage, Wheel cores, etc.)
- Freight cores back to suppliers (Prep and Load)
- Improve the work, worksite, and eliminate waste
- Follow all area standards
- Follow all company policies
- Flex to other areas as required
- Work some flexible hours
- Participate and lead daily meetings (start/end/two minute huddles etc.)
- Follow all company policies (Attendance, No Tobacco Products on Campus, Illegal Drug & Alcohol, Family Medical Leave Act, Personal Appearance, Personal Electronic Devices, Vacation & Personal Time, etc.)
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED is required
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Applicant must pass a physical lift test
- Immigration sponsorship not available for this role
Physical Demands:
- Standing for eight or more hours
- Full range of body motion, i.e. lifting, repetitive motions with hands and arms, bending, use stairs repeatedly. etc.
- Able to read small prints/digits clearly for 8 or more hours
- Walk 4 or more miles a day
- Push materials cart of at least 170 lbs. up to 400 lbs.
- Consistently lift at least 50 lbs. and over 100 lbs. regularly
- Use of Safety Equipment (Safety glasses, Steel-toed shoes, etc.)
