This role will own the day-to-day execution of high-touch, account-based activations across industry moments, workshops and innovation days, direct mail and gifting, client experiences, seller activation and follow-up, and other tailored campaigns.
As Impiricus expands its Sales and Commercial organization, this person will bring quality, velocity, and operational rigor to how Marketing activates against commercial priorities. Responsibilities
ABM Program Execution
- Own end-to-end execution of assigned 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs across workshops and innovation days, industry and association moments, direct mail and gifting campaigns, assigned client experiences, and other tailored activations.
- Translate agreed commercial priorities into executable program briefs, including audience, message, offer, channel mix, call to action, timeline, budget, owners, and success measures.
- Drive programs from brief to launch with urgency and high attention to detail, owning workbacks, internal reviews, vendors, production, logistics, Sales readiness, and follow-up.
- Build repeatable activation frameworks, templates, and processes that increase execution speed and capacity while maintaining a high quality bar and account-level relevance.
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously, proactively identifying dependencies, resolving blockers, and escalating decisions when needed to keep work moving.
Sales & Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner closely with Sales pods and commercial leaders to translate account priorities, active opportunities, and timely triggers into coordinated Marketing activations.
- Run the day-to-day operating rhythm for ABM execution, including campaign readiness, launch coordination, Sales follow-up, decision tracking, and next steps.
- Support business development and full-lifecycle activations that help create new opportunities, strengthen active pursuits, and deepen existing client relationships.
- Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations, Creative, Client Services, and other partners to move programs forward quickly and reliably.
Measurement & Optimization
- Track agreed program-level success measures, including account engagement, meetings created, opportunity progression, influenced pipeline, conversion, and return on investment.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to establish campaign reporting and attribution requirements, then use HubSpot data to evaluate results and guide optimization. Marketing Operations retains ownership of platform administration, sequences, and lead tracking.
- Produce concise monthly program readouts that show what launched, what performed, what did not, and what should be repeated, refined, or stopped.
- Use campaign results, Sales feedback, and account signals to continuously improve audience selection, messaging, channel mix, timing, execution, and follow-up.
- Document successful plays, templates, processes, and lessons learned so strong programs can be executed faster and repeated across accounts and Sales pods.
Brand, Experience & Operational Excellence
- Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment, balancing speed with quality and using sound judgment to prioritize work, solve problems independently, and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a consistently high quality bar across copy, creative, audience lists, event logistics, fulfillment, seller materials, and post-campaign follow-through.
- Ensure activations meet brand, quality, privacy, and applicable healthcare compliance requirements, with the right approvals secured before launch.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years B2B marketing experience, including meaningful hands-on ownership of account-based marketing, demand generation, field marketing, customer marketing, events, or integrated campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to take a program from direction and brief through execution, launch, coordinated Sales follow-up, measurement, and optimization, with clear ties to commercial outcomes.
- Experience with enterprise size contracts
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with speed and a high quality bar, including timelines, budgets, vendors, stakeholders, logistics, and deliverables.
