- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the business.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, beauty, or a related field; beauty industry experience is a plus.
- College degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, launches, and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate product, asset, and reporting information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across brands and cross-functional teams.

- Ability to travel as needed.
The original competency section also emphasizes cross-functional communication, project launches, data governance, relationship building, prioritization, adaptability, and process improvement, which I incorporated throughout rather than listing them as generic competencies.
