With a strong pipeline of high-end residential projects, the company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team.

About the Position

This is an opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager who understands what it takes to deliver genuinely high-end custom homes where details matter, expectations are high, and quality cannot be compromised.

Based in the Jupiter area, the Project Manager will oversee 2–4 luxury custom homes at a time , taking ownership from preconstruction through final handover. This position works closely with homeowners, architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, Superintendents, and internal teams to ensure projects are organized, financially controlled, on schedule, and executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage 2–4 luxury custom homes from preconstruction through completion

- Own project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, change orders, and cost forecasting

- Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

- Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners and design professionals

- Lead project, OAC, and subcontractor meetings

- Partner closely with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and project goals

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and workmanship

- Manage RFIs, submittals, inspections, documentation, and project deliverables

- Identify risks, delays, and scope issues early and develop solutions

- Participate in estimating, budgeting, and buyout during preconstruction

Requirements

- 7+ years of progressive construction experience, including 5+ years in Project Management or project leadership

- Proven experience managing luxury custom homes or high-end residential construction

- Experience managing multiple complex, ground-up residential projects

- Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and cost-control skills

- Proven subcontractor and trade partner management experience

- Excellent communication skills with homeowners, architects, designers, and consultants

- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means, and methods

- Proficiency with Procore and construction management software

- Experience with Microsoft Project

- Working knowledge of Florida building codes, permitting, and South Florida construction practices

- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

- Experience with waterfront estates, large custom residences, ultra-luxury homes, or architecturally complex projects is highly relevant

- Must live within approximately one hour of Palm Beach Gardens
