Role Overview
As Senior Logistics & Transportation Manager , you will lead onsite logistics, shipping and receiving, asset coordination, fleet management, campus transportation, and workplace-related site support services for OCI’s mission-critical data center campus operations. This role is responsible for ensuring site logistics and transportation activities are executed in a safe, organized, service-oriented, and highly reliable manner that supports continuous operations and a positive experience for employees, vendors, and visitors.

This onsite leadership role blends logistics coordination, transportation oversight, asset support, site administration, and operational services. You will directly lead logistics personnel and related support resources, overseeing the processes, vendors, vehicles, and team activities that keep site support functions running smoothly, including shipping and receiving, delivery coordination, inventory support, fleet readiness, campus transportation services, administrative workflows, workplace amenities, and visitor logistics. The role is highly execution-focused and requires strong organizational discipline, responsiveness, and the ability to support a fast-moving operational environment.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
