Pay: $28.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

Holbrook Heating Inc. is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Albany/Capital Region team.

Requirements

What You'll Do

- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
- Complete HVAC repairs accurately and efficiently
- Identify equipment problems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options
- Communicate system conditions and repair recommendations clearly to customers
- Complete service documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized company service van
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
- Provide professional and courteous customer service

What We're Looking For

- Previous HVAC service and maintenance experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
- Experience working with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Dependable and professional work ethic
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position
