FCP Euro is seeking a reliable and motivated Pickup Center Associate to join our team. Pickup Center Associates are responsible for the back-of-house functions that support the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders at FCP Euro’s Experience Center. This role works closely with the Pickup Center Specialist and Distribution Center teams to ensure customer orders are picked, processed, staged, and ready for pickup in a timely manner.

Pickup Center Associates play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring orders are accurate, organized, and readily available when customers arrive. The role is focused primarily on back-of-house operations and may include picking and packing orders, receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining pickup staging areas, completing inventory and locker audits, processing returns, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working at a fast pace, and able to adapt to changing operational priorities. They must be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the Pickup Center, Distribution Center, and other FCP Euro teams.

Key Responsibilities
Uphold Performance and Fulfillment Standards
- Picks, packs, stages, and prepares customer orders accurately and efficiently for pickup.
- Delivers on the performance and pace standards established by Pickup Center leadership.
- Prioritizes customer orders based on pickup commitments, order urgency, and operational needs.
- Works closely with Pickup Center Specialists to ensure orders are prepared and available for customers in a timely manner.
- Supports Distribution Center picking during periods of high volume, when team capacity allows or when customer priority requires additional support.
- Assists with daily operational priorities, including must-go orders, aged orders, and other time-sensitive fulfillment needs.
- Works to improve individual and team performance by identifying opportunities to improve fulfillment processes and efficiency.
- Communicates operational issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement to leadership.
Maintain High Levels of Order and Inventory Accuracy
- Maintains individual accuracy standards established by Pickup Center leadership.
- Ensures customer orders are picked, packed, and staged accurately.
- Audits orders and verifies products, quantities, and customer order information before orders are made available for pickup.
- Completes inventory audits and assists with identifying and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
- Maintains accurate product locations and ensures inventory is returned to the appropriate location after use.
- Performs locker audits and ensures customer orders are placed in the correct locker location.
- Processes inventory movements, transfers, returns, and other inventory-related activities accurately.
- Communicates inventory discrepancies or fulfillment errors promptly to leadership.
Maintain Pickup Center Organization, Safety, and Cleanliness
- Maintains clean, organized, and safe back-of-house work areas.
- Keeps pickup staging areas organized and ensures orders are clearly accounted for throughout the fulfillment process.
- Maintains organization of inventory locations, racks, shelves, and other storage areas.
- Clears packaging materials, corrugate, trash, and other operational debris throughout the shift.
- Uses proper tools and equipment and follows all FCP Euro safety standards.
- Maintains proper lifting, picking, and material-handling techniques.
- Supports general upkeep of the Pickup Center to ensure the facility is prepared for daily operations.
Support Pickup Center Operations
- Works closely with Pickup Center Specialists to ensure customer orders are ready for pickup and properly staged.
- Assists with receiving and processing daily deliveries and transfers.
- Stocks and replenishes inventory as needed.
- Assists with processing returns and moving returned products to the appropriate location or department.
- Supports the organization and maintenance of pickup lockers and staging areas.
- Assists with resolving operational issues that may impact customer pickup experiences.
- Flexes into different operational responsibilities based on business needs and daily volume.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, automotive parts, retail, or similar operational environment is preferred.
- Passion for European vehicles and an interest in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Must be organized and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple operational tasks throughout a shift.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency with computers and comfort using technology and digital tools.
- Ability to learn and utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other FCP Euro operational systems.
- Ability to use a pallet jack and other material-handling equipment.
- Ability to lift 60+ pounds as necessary.
- Ability to pivot between different operational responsibilities during a single shift.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Compensation
- $20+/ hr based on experience and qualifications. 
- Quarterly bonus opportunity of up to $750
