SambaNova is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, delivering a full-stack inference platform for customers worldwide. At the core of SambaNova's technology is the RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit) — a chip built on a dataflow architecture rather than the traditional GPU model. Its decode performance is especially strong for agentic workloads like multi-turn agents, code generation, and long-running applications. About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role supports the SambaNova digital ecosystem, including sambanova.ai and the SambaAcademy educational partner portal, and collaborates with teams managing SambaCloud and our Documentation site to ensure a consistent user experience. Beyond the day-to-day maintenance, this role will be responsible for planning functional improvements, building new pages, ongoing content updates, and ensuring the quality of what’s published.

This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with the design team and web developers who provide deeper technical support. Expect to be in the HubSpot CMS daily, building and QA'ing pages. You'll receive and prioritize projects among stakeholders, but ultimately, it’s your job to ensure builds and updates happen predictably, page loads are fast, and conversion from visit to pipeline improves measurably.

What You'll Do

SITE OWNERSHIP & CMS

- Manage the sambanova.ai web and SambaAcademy partner portal roadmap: intake, scoping, prioritization, and timelines.

- Build, publish, and QA pages in HubSpot CMS: templates, modules, CTAs, and UX.

- Maintain the design system and component library so pages stay consistent as the site grows.

- Run the governance layer: page request process, naming conventions, approvals, and documentation.

WEB OPERATIONS & PERFORMANCE

- Own site performance and Core Web Vitals; partner with developers on page speed, caching, and technical fixes.

- Maintain analytics and tag infrastructure: GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion events.

- Run an A/B and multivariate testing program on headlines, layouts, and CTAs, and act on the results.

- Improve website accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA).

- Coordinate with the content manager and SEO efforts on technical SEO: site structure, schema, crawlability, and redirect hygiene.

- Monitor uptime, broken links, form failures, and integration errors; fix or escalate.

AGENCY & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

- Work with design team and web development agencies: project scope, timelines, and quality of delivery.

- Translate business requests into clear technical requirements.

- Partner with marketing ops on forms, lead routing, and CRM handoffs so every page feeds the funnel correctly.

- Manage translation service to ensure content updates are also localized for Japanese pages.

- Report on web performance and roadmap status to marketing leadership on a regular cadence.

What We're Looking For

- 5-8 years of experience managing B2B websites, ideally in tech.

- Bachelor's degree.

- Hands-on HubSpot or WordPress CMS expertise: building and publishing, not just reviewing.

- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design; enough technical depth to evaluate developer work and debug an issue.

- Analytics fluency. GA4 and Google Tag Manager, with a standard of using data to decide next steps.

- Demonstrated project management across competing stakeholders and deadlines, with the judgment to prioritize.

- Vendor and agency management experience, including project budget accountability.

- Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, site performance, and web accessibility standards.

- Curiosity about technology, particularly AI/ML. No CS degree required, but able to understand the products well enough to represent them accurately on the site.

- Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Asana, and basic design or video tooling (Canva, Wistia) for fast turnarounds.

Base Salary Range:
Base Pay Range $167,000 — $204,000 USD
