As a Cashier , you will play a key role assisting customers entering the service department, ensuring a smooth and positive experience while handling transactions efficiently and accurately. Your excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor will help foster strong customer relationships and support the overall service operations.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service department.

- Process customer payments, maintain accurate cash drawer, and handle financial transactions.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about service status and pricing.

- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.

- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.

- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
