Position: Full-Time
Shift: Night Shift (4:00 PM – Midnight or until the last aircraft arrives)
Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour

Huntleigh USA is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Passenger Services Agents/Wheelchair Agents at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). In this important customer service role, you will provide mobility assistance and exceptional support to airline passengers, ensuring a positive travel experience from arrival to departure.

Essential Responsibilities

- Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers throughout the airport terminal.

- Escort passengers to and from gates, ticket counters, baggage claim areas, and ground transportation locations.

- Assist passengers with navigating airport facilities while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

- Safely push passengers in wheelchairs for extended periods.

- Communicate effectively with airline personnel, supervisors, and fellow team members.

- Handle passenger requests promptly and professionally.

- Follow all airport, airline, and company safety and security procedures.

- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.

- Complete required documentation and reports as assigned.

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, and push wheelchairs for extended periods.

- Must be dependable and maintain a professional appearance.

- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

- Must pass all required background checks and airport security requirements.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

- Ability to push wheelchairs safely throughout the airport.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Ability to work in varying weather conditions when assisting passengers outside the terminal.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent may be required in some locations.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to read, writes, speak, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test as required (DOT or Non DOT) and submit to 
random testing requirements.
