Shop Fabricator/General Laborer – 2nd Shift

Muza Sheet Metal Company is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated team member to join Team Muza as a Full-Time Shop Fabricator / General Laborer on 2nd Shift. Starting pay is $19.37/hour, plus a $5.00/hour 2nd Shift Premium, for a total of $24.37/hour.

This position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sheet metal industry and develop valuable skills in a professional shop environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.

No experience necessary  – training and tools will be provided!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist Sheet Metal Journeymen with daily tasks in the shop

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including routine daily upkeep

- Assist with sheet metal fabrication and panel fabrication processes

- Cutting, measuring, bending, and assembling sheet metal

- Assist with the following duties as needed:

Operate Muza company trucks as needed

- Safely load, strap, and secure trailers for transport

- Refuel and maintain company vehicles

- Wash and detail company trucks and work vehicles regularly

- Operate forklift (training and certification provided if not already certified)

Qualifications and Skills:

- High School diploma or HSED

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

- Ability to communicate effectively with team members

- Sheet Metal experience preferred, but not required

- Interest in construction
