- Bachelor’s degree: Nursing, Engineering, Quality Management, Business Management, or Healthcare related field is required.
- Master’s degree in nursing, Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration or Clinical Specialty preferred.
- 5 years recent experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Experience in patient or caregiver safety, risk management, quality improvement, professional development, consultation, or leadership in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of quality improvement processes and data analysis preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage project timelines effectively.

Other Requirements:

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written).
