REQUIREMENTS:

BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire

Current RN licensure required

Must have Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience.

CNOR certification a plus.

- Candidates must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating responsibilities.
- Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule ranging from part-time to full-time hours, including both day and overnight shifts, during orientation and training.
- Required educational sessions are conducted during day-shift hours, and attendance is mandatory.
- Orientation will include both day and overnight shift experiences to ensure comprehensive training and competency across all aspects of the role.
- Flexibility and commitment to completing the full orientation and training program are essential for success in this position.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
