## Our Team, Your Impact
The DAI Portfolio PMO Lead supports the successful execution and governance of the Data & AI Delivery portfolio across all domains. Acting as a central point of coordination between business stakeholders, delivery teams, Finance, Procurement, and strategic vendors, the role ensures effective portfolio operations, financial oversight, and reporting. The PMO Lead manages portfolio governance, budgets, vendor-related activities, KPI tracking, and portfolio reporting, driving consistency, transparency, and operational excellence across the Data & AI Delivery organization while supporting informed decision-making and delivery of business priorities.
## Key Responsibilities
Financial & Procurement Management
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with procurement policies.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures.
- Monitor budget consumption and identify risks, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Support invoice validation, PO reconciliation, and vendor payment processes.
- Maintain financial records and provide regular budget status reports.
KPI & Performance Management
- Define, maintain, and monitor portfolio KPIs.
- Analyze KPI trends and highlight areas requiring attention.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
Templates, Processes & Standards
- Create, maintain, and improve project management templates, guidelines, and work instructions.
- Drive consistency across projects by promoting standard methodologies and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO function.
Vendor Management & Coordination
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for vendor resources.
- Track vendor deliverables, contracts, SOWs, and commercial commitments.
- Assist in vendor performance reviews and SLA/KPI tracking.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and procurement requirements.
Leaders Support
- Act as a central point of coordination between project teams, finance, procurement, and vendors.
- Facilitate governance meetings and prepare meeting materials.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
## Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Significant years of experience in PMO, project coordination, portfolio administration, or PMO leadership roles within large enterprise environments.
- Strong experience in budget management, financial planning, forecasting, purchase order (PO) creation, invoice validation, and spend tracking.
- Experience working with external vendors, procurement processes, contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and vendor governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience developing executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and portfolio performance metrics.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, and other project and portfolio management tools; experience with Ariba, SAP, and AI-powered solutions is an advantage; experience working in Agile-at-Scale environments, ideally with SAFe or similar enterprise delivery frameworks.
- Familiarity with IT governance, project lifecycle management, and PMO best practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain a big-picture view across domains and platforms in a fast-paced Data & AI environment.
