Location: Tucson, AZ
Position Type: Full-Time (Weekday & Weekend shifts available)
Pay & Earning Potential: $15.50/hr base + uncapped profit share + customer tips (Earn up to $27.00+/hour total compensation!)

Every day is an adventure. You and your Truck Team partner will head out across Tucson to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will:
- Drive cool company trucks along assigned service routes.
- Meet interesting new people face-to-face every day.
- Deliver on-site estimates, solve logistics "puzzles," and close sales on the spot.
- Safely remove, haul, and sort unwanted items.
- Make a positive community impact by donating and recycling items responsibly to keep waste out of landfills.

Your Career Advancement Pathway:
- Truck Team Member / Customer Experience Lead: Master route sales, hands-on customer interactions, and daily truck operations.
- Certified Sales Leader (CSL): Take charge of on-site revenue generation, high-value estimates, and team sales goals.
- Senior Sales Leader / Operations Lead: Coach junior teammates, manage daily route efficiency, and run field operations.
- Director of Operations / Director of People Development: Oversee multi-truck operations, team development, and location culture.
- General Manager: Manage full business unit P&Ls and lead market operations!
What We’re Looking For
- Age & Driver's License: Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
- Physical Capability: Active, high-energy, and able to repeatedly lift 50–75+ lbs throughout an active shift.
- Schedule Availability: Full-time availability (4–5 shifts per week, including 1 mandatory weekend shift).
- Customer-First Mindset: Outgoing, personable, reliable, and excited to communicate with customers and close sales.
- Growth Mindset: Coachable, competitive, and driven by performance-based earnings.
