The   Retail Team Member plays an essential role in bringing that experience to life by delivering exceptional customer service, supporting daily store operations, and creating a welcoming, engaging environment for every fan. As a brand ambassador , Retail Team Members are passionate about pop culture, committed to operational excellence, and work collaboratively to ensure every visit is memorable.  This is a seasonal role.    What You’ll Do  
- Deliver an exceptional fan experience by creating engaging customer interactions and memorable shopping experiences.
- Welcome customers with enthusiasm, build genuine connections, and provide personalized recommendations based on individual interests and collecting preferences.
- Develop strong product knowledge to confidently educate customers on Funko products, promotions, and new releases.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to identify customer needs, recommend complementary products, and contribute to the achievement of store sales goals.
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently while following company cash handling and point-of-sale procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready sales floor by replenishing merchandise, recovering displays, and supporting visual merchandising standards.
- Receive, process, ticket, and replenish merchandise accurately and efficiently in accordance with company operational standards.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom by following established inventory, storage, and safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory-related activities, including replenishment, transfers, damages, markdowns, cycle counts, and other operational tasks as assigned.
- Support the execution of product launches, promotions, floor sets, seasonal transitions, and in-store events.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety standards, and loss prevention practices.
- Work collaboratively with teammates and store leadership to support daily operations and create a positive, inclusive team environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and enthusiasm while representing the Funko brand and company values.
- Maintain flexibility by supporting multiple areas of the store and performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
What You’ll Bring  
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One (1) or more years of retail, customer service, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and create engaging, memorable customer experiences; experience in immersive retail or entertainment environments is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage customers and collaborate with team members.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for pop culture with a strong interest in current entertainment, gaming, anime, collectibles, and related trends.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for the Funko brand and commitment to delivering a fan-first experience.
- Comfortable learning and utilizing retail technology, including point-of-sale systems and handheld devices.
- Open and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and occasionally climb ladders.
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, including reaching, grasping, and operating handheld devices and point-of-sale equipment.
- Ability to work in both sales floor and stockroom environments.
  Salary Information   The base hourly for this position in the selected city is $18.47.​      What Funko Offers
