Schedule
Part Time: 24 Hours/Week
Hours: (3) 4,6, 8 or 10-hours Shifts between the hours of 5:30am - 5pm w/ no set days or schedule
Candidates must be able to work Sunday - Saturday, as shift schedules can change weekly
Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required
Weekend Differential Pay Eligible
General Summary
Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the principles of patient and family-centered care based on the nursing process and according to the clinical standards of the hospital. Acts as a primary nurse for patients on the unit. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines. May require specialized skills depending on unit assignment.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Diploma Program Required or
- Associates Degree Required
- Bachelors Degree Nursing (BSN) Preferred
Work Experience:
- 1 Year of RN Experience in ICU, ED, or Cardiac IMCU Required
- Cardiology Experience Required
- Rhythm Recognition Required
- 12 Lead Interpretation Preferred
- IV Experience Preferred
Licenses:
- Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or
- Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
