RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for Financial and Risk Advisory businesses across India, partnering with senior business leaders to attract, assess and hire top talent.
- Conduct initial interviews to identify top talent for review by hiring managers and facilitate the progression of selected candidates through subsequent interview rounds and offer negotiations.
- Oversee the interview scheduling process, collaborating closely with our recruitment coordination team.
- Work with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition leadership team to formulate offer components, present offers to candidates, and ensure a high percentage of offer acceptance
- Drive proactive market mapping and direct sourcing strategies, partnering with the internal sourcing team to identify, engage and convert high-caliber passive talent.
- Collaborate with the preboarding team to ensure a smooth and seamless preboarding and experience locally.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with hiring managers and business leaders by building a deep understanding of their teams, business objectives and talent needs.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline activity and hiring performance, utilizing data insights to drive hiring decisions, improve recruitment effectiveness and achieve talent acquisition objectives. Actively participate in global and regional talent acquisition projects and initiatives as required.
- Maintain consistent communication with the Business Partner team to address staffing needs within the practice

REQUIREMENTS:

- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, with a blend of in-house and agency experience preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a business-related discipline is desirable.
- Prior experience in the financial services or professional services sectors (management consulting or public accounting) is ideal.
- Possesses significant experience and knowledge in recruitment within the India market, demonstrating expertise in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels. Skilled in engaging passive candidates effectively.
- Experienced in cultivating and maintaining robust relationships across various teams within matrix organizations, including but not limited to People, Operations, Rewards, and Immigration.
- Ability to think globally and demonstrate sensitivity to international recruiting practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to think creatively and execute strategic recruiting initiatives.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities under changing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with experience in direct sourcing and candidate mapping.
- Familiarity with ATS software is essential, preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
