As a Workflow business support analyst in the workflow enablement team, you will support onboarding and ongoing maintenance of workflows within an internal workflow management platform. You will translate end-user requests into clear workflow configurations and controlled changes, ensuring operational readiness and timely implementation. You will provide 24/5 business support, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and escalate issues when needed to protect service continuity.
Job responsibilities
- Analyze onboarding requests and document requirements to support workflow implementation
- Design and configure workflows for new process onboarding through to successful implementation
- Execute change requests for existing workflows to improve efficiency and ensure continuity
- Coordinate with global operations and project stakeholders to align scope, timelines, and readiness criteria
- Communicate status updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and escalate issues promptly
- Validate that operational readiness requirements are understood, agreed, and completed before release
- Obtain required operational sign-offs and readiness confirmation for implementations
- Support training development and rollout by preparing materials and assisting end users
- Provide 24/5 business support by responding to user queries and troubleshooting workflow issues within agreed turnaround times
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience supporting workflow onboarding and change requests in a process-driven operations environment
- Ability to translate business requirements into workflow steps, configuration needs, and clear implementation plans
- Working knowledge of change control practices, including documenting requests, approvals, and readiness criteria
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication to provide updates, manage escalations, and coordinate across time zones
- Strong attention to detail to reduce configuration errors and support quality outcomes
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests and deliver to agreed deadlines in a high-volume support setting
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed, global team environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience providing business support for workflow, case management, or ticketing platforms
- Experience supporting operational readiness and implementation sign-off activities
- Experience supporting training rollout for process or platform changes
- Experience partnering with operations and project delivery teams on workflow-related initiatives
- Experience using basic analysis techniques (e.g., root cause identification, process mapping) to drive efficiency improvements
- Experience working in a 24/5 support model or handover-based global coverage
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
