About the Role

Provide creative design and visual communication support to the Agency Operations team by producing professional, engaging materials for agency events, campaigns, presentations, and internal/external communications, ensuring on-time delivery and full compliance with AIA brand standards. Support the department head/manager in maintaining smooth, effective day-to-day agency operations by coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives and projects, and by delivering comprehensive operational assistance to agents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop compelling visual and creative idea based on the requirements of the Agency Operations team for Agency Force communications across multiple channels, including email communications, social media platforms, digital channels, event materials, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing team to conceptualize, develop, and execute creative content that aligns with communication goals.
- Create professional, visually impactful, and executive-level presentation decks for agency conferences, kick-offs, recognition events and other initiatives.
- Develop and maintain communications and content calendar to ensure timely delivery of agency announcements, campaigns, contests, events, and recognition communications.
- Ensure all communication materials maintain a high standard of design quality, brand consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company guidelines
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support various communication initiatives
- Assists department supervisor in identifying and providing all-round and comprehensive support and services for agents related to communications
- Support daily Agency Operations with visual communication and creative materials whenever needed
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisors in order to meet operational and / or other requirements
- Support other distribution channel on their communication related requests.

- Manage other projects initiated by AIA Group that are part of Agency Operations such as Digitalization

Minimum Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in graphic design and proficiency in Adobe creative design software would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance industry and also candidates with a strong background in communication will also be considered.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and content creation tools
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
