Overview
Come work with a great team! Signet Health manages the behavioral health services at Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center (PBBHC) in Midland, Texas. We are looking for a Full-time Night shift Receptionist at our new, free-standing psychiatric hospital.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcomes visitors in person and a warm greeting over the telephone
- Relays messages appropriately and delivers messages in a timely manner
- Processes and distributes daily mail and communication
- Maintains filing records as needed
- Maintains security procedures and patient confidentiality
- Receives and replenishes supplies
- Maintains a clean and safe environment and reports equipment malfunctions
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Prior administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills working with Microsoft Office Suite
