We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager to be the backbone of Expo Centric. You’ll ensure our office and showroom are clean, functional, well stocked, and welcoming. From coordinating cleaners and repair professionals to managing bills, vendors, events, travel, and onboarding, you’ll help keep our workplace and people operating at their best.

What You’ll Do

- Manage reception duties, including answering incoming calls and email enquiries and welcoming clients and visitors.

- Keep the office, showroom, and common areas clean, safe, functional, and welcoming.

- Coordinate cleaners, repair professionals, maintenance providers, and other office vendors, following up promptly when work is required.

- Manage office supplies, stationery, equipment, inventory, and related vendor relationships.

- Coordinate office bills and vendor invoices, ensuring they are recorded, approved, and paid on time.

- Support staff onboarding, building and systems access, record keeping, staff and client events, gifts, corporate travel, and general administrative and finance tasks.

What You Bring

- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- At least two years’ experience in office management.

- Experience coordinating cleaners, tradespeople, maintenance providers, and other office vendors.

- Strong administrative and financial organisation, including confidently tracking bills, invoices, records, and payment deadlines.

- Exceptional organisation, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to manage competing priorities, work calmly under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and pursue continuous growth and development.
