Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding processes for new starters and contractors.
• Maintain site documentation, organise records, and coordinate uniform orders.
• Plan and arrange travel and accommodation for site personnel.
• Assist with site logistics, supplies, and expense tracking.
• Monitor and report safety compliance, ensuring alignment with standards.
• Support daily site operations, liaising with teams to ensure smooth processes.
• Prepare and submit reports to the management team as required.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous administration experience, ideally in mining or resources.
• Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong sense of initiative.
• Proficiency in office software and data management systems.
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to drive on dirt roads.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination.
