We are looking for a Demand Marketing Executive to join our Partnerships team to help deliver impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate demand, enhance student engagement and support commercial performance.
Working closely with the Senior Demand Marketing Manager and wider team, you'll coordinate and deliver campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, content and university partner channels. This is an exciting opportunity to play a hands-on role in creating compelling student-focused marketing activity while developing your marketing expertise within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
This role is based at our award-winning London office, conveniently located near London Bridge, Cannon Street and Monument stations, and offers a hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week in the office.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to occupancy, booking cycles and student recruitment activity.
- Support targeted campaigns for new students, returning residents and priority locations.
- Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, briefs and approvals across internal teams, university partners and agencies.
- Support the delivery of marketing plans and contracted marketing activities with university partners.
- Build and deliver targeted CRM and email campaigns across the student lifecycle.
- Create audience segments and tailor communications to improve engagement and conversion.
- Manage day-to-day content requirements across websites, CRM, digital, print and university partner channels.
- Plan and maintain content calendars aligned to campaigns, booking cycles and business priorities.
- Coordinate UPP's organic social media activity and support student engagement campaigns.
- Source and develop authentic student content, including testimonials, photography, video and user-generated content.
- Support influencer, creator and student advocacy initiatives.
- Coordinate agencies, suppliers and marketing administration activities, including purchase orders and budget tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve future activity.
We are looking for you to already have experience in a similar marketing role to hit the ground running, along with:
- Experience delivering end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns within a medium or large organisation.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to engage student audiences.
- Experience using CRM platforms for email marketing and campaign delivery.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including CRM, social media, PPC and SEO.
- Experience creating or coordinating digital content across multiple channels.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to interpret campaign performance data and make practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing contributes to demand generation, conversion and occupancy.
Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva or similar marketing tools would be advantageous. Experience creating user-generated content, managing social media communities or working with student audiences would also be beneficial.
Alongside your technical skills, you'll be proactive, organised and keen to learn. You'll enjoy working collaboratively, building strong relationships and taking ownership of your work.
In return, we are offering a salary of c.£45k and a great benefits package, including a discretionary performance bonus, 29 days' holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, pension, enhanced family leave, life assurance, training, two paid volunteering or personal development days and a cycle-to-work scheme.
