About the Role
As a Senior Application Support Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering change, upgrade, migration, and reconciliation initiatives for FIS Data Integrity Manager (DIM) Managed Services clients. You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability, operational excellence, and successful delivery of business-critical reconciliation solutions. Success in this role requires strong IntelliMatch expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage both project-based and business-as-usual activities across a global client portfolio. You will contribute to continuous improvement through automation, optimization, and client-focused service delivery.
What You Will Be Doing
· Own and deliver DIM upgrades, migrations, and reconciliation-related project initiatives from planning through production deployment.
· Support user acceptance testing, regression testing, and validation activities to ensure high-quality production releases.
· Analyze test outcomes and implement fixes, enhancements, and configuration changes to address identified issues.
· Design, configure, and maintain IntelliMatch reconciliations, workflows, matching rules, reports, and scheduler jobs.
· Onboard new reconciliations and enhance existing solutions in compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
· Partner with clients, delivery teams, developers, and infrastructure teams to implement change requests and platform improvements.
· Produce comprehensive documentation including test evidence, implementation procedures, and post-deployment validation results.
· Identify opportunities to optimize processes, automate manual activities, and improve operational efficiency.
· Investigate complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution through collaboration with support and engineering teams.
· Support client escalations, provide subject matter expertise, and contribute to service excellence across global managed services engagements.
Required Qualifications
· Experience supporting and configuring FIS Data Integrity Manager (DIM)/IntelliMatch solutions.
· Strong hands-on expertise in reconciliation setup, matching rules, workflows, reporting, scheduling, and automation capabilities.
· Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, validation, and production support activities.
· Experience working within both project delivery and production support environments utilizing Agile and ITIL practices.
· Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex application and platform issues.
· Experience managing client-facing activities, requirements discussions, solution reviews, and issue resolution.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting DIM/IntelliMatch upgrades, migrations, cutover activities, and post-production stabilization.
· Experience in managed services environments supporting multiple clients with SLA-driven delivery.
· Knowledge of financial services operations, reconciliations, and control frameworks.
· Experience driving process optimization and automation initiatives.
· ITIL Foundation Certification.
· Agile Scrum or Kanban certification.
