The Position

Mission:

- This is a great opportunity for someone to join the local Roche Diagnostics affiliate in France as a Finance Enterprise Partner Lead (FEP Lead) and oversee the full end-to-end pricing and financial health for our business and customers.
- This is a people lead position, managing a mid sized team. As a result, this experience will allow the individual to also be part of and exposed to the extended leadership team in the affiliate. The role itself will report into the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities:

- Support and influence decision-making with strategic pricing and profitability insights for tender response formulation
- Review current processes (i.e. Deal structure, Margin targets, Deal Approval matrix,etc), propose simplifications and implement
- Lead, learn and execute on the DIA planning process (T0, T3) in collaboration with internal stakeholders including FM, GM, and colleagues from BA
- Drive consistent engagement within the team and subregion/cluster as needed
- Workload review and prioritization
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal colleagues including BA, Supply Chain, and other teams in the affiliate as well as colleagues within DIA Finance community
- Co-lead business readiness and engagement for relevant activities with key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy

Who you are:

- Strong understanding of DIA business model
- Strong potential and interest in people leadership and development
- Advanced financial and analytical skills, including a preference for affiliate experience in financial planning processes and tender pricing insights
- Good communication including empathy and understanding of cultural contexts, collaboration and influencing skills
- Long term thinking focused on sustainability in financials
- Preferred French
