We are looking for a Finance Process Automation Specialist to join our Finance Shared Services organization in Szczecin. In this role, you will work closely with accounting and finance teams to identify automation opportunities, simplify processes, and develop practical solutions that improve efficiency and quality. You will be involved in the full solution lifecycle, from business analysis and development to testing, deployment, documentation, and end-user support.

What tasks are waiting for you?

- Analyze accounting and finance processes to identify automation opportunities and improvement areas.

- Design, develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions using tools such as Excel, VBA, Power Query, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, AI-enabled solutions, and other available technologies.

- Assess automation opportunities based on business value, technical feasibility, implementation effort, risk, and maintainability.

- Participate in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Create process maps to support process analysis, standardization, optimization, and automation.

- Deliver training, knowledge sharing, and end-user support related to automation solutions.

Apply today if you:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, IT, or a related field.

- Have at least 3 years of experience working with business processes in Accounting, Shared Services, or a similar environment.

- Are fluent in Polish and proficient in English, including working with global stakeholders and technical documentation.

- Have advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel, VBA and PowerQuery.

- Have experience automating finance or accounting processes.

- Have practical understanding of one or more accounting areas.

- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.

- Are curious about new technologies and committed to continuous improvement.

- Can effectively communicate with business users and translate their needs into workable solutions.

It would be nice if you:

- Have experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX and report development.

- Have experience working with robotic process automation (RPA) tools, Power Apps or Power Automate.

- Have practical experience using generative AI tools to support automation or productivity improvements.

- Can analyze end-to-end processes, identify root causes, and distinguish between opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
