Job Description
- Lead end-to-end brand management of assigned portfolio to drive market share growth, therapy expansion, and profitability
- Identify key market issues and opportunities and design strategic, tactical, and investment plans to maximize business impact
- Develop and execute robust brand plans through comprehensive internal and external analysis and continuous performance monitoring
- Drive new product development and ensure successful pre-launch, launch, and post-launch execution
- Monitor sales performance, market share trends, and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights
- Conduct regular field visits to gather therapy insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence
- Train and enable field force through cycle meetings to strengthen product knowledge and customer value proposition
- Drive impactful brand communication through multi-channel marketing including digital initiatives
- Plan and manage conferences, promotional campaigns, and scientific engagements to enhance brand visibility
- Ensure effective financial management of marketing initiatives within budget and timelines to deliver optimal ROI
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and other stakeholders for seamless execution
- Utilize strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis, reporting, and impactful presentations
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills to influence outcomes
- Preference for candidates with Ophthalmology experience, Anti-VEGF / MABs exposure, product launch experience,

More than 3 Years Experience in Product Managment
Education
Masters in Business Management Graduation in Business Administration or Science
