Job Responsibilities

- Lead the HR Project Management function, including portfolio oversight, PMO operations, and delivery performance.
- Lead, coach, develop, and manage HR Project Management team members.
- Manage portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning across HR initiatives.
- Maintain PMO governance, standards, methodologies, tools, and operating rhythms.
- Partner with leadership to align portfolio plans and execution activities with business and people priorities.
- Influence stakeholders and leaders to support decision-making, prioritization, and successful delivery outcomes.
- Build out project management capability and drive consistency across project execution and delivery practices.
- Lead select strategic initiatives and programs as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve PMO effectiveness, operational efficiency, and organizational outcomes.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in project, program, portfolio, HR, business operations, or related leadership roles.
- Prior people leadership experience, including coaching, development, workload management, and performance management.
- Demonstrated experience managing project portfolios, including prioritization, sequencing, resource planning, and delivery oversight.
- Experience establishing, maintaining, or improving PMO governance, project management standards, methodologies, operating rhythms, and delivery practices.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into execution plans and portfolio recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including the ability to drive alignment, decision-making, and accountability across leaders and teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build team capability, improve delivery consistency, and reinforce standards across a project management function.
- Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and executive reporting skills.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in global and matrixed organizations preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- PMP certification preferred.
