About this role
The Chemist will lead the analytical and testing activities in our analytical laboratory. The successful candidate will work in the laboratory and be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring data integrity, maintaining instrumentation, and driving analytical excellence across a range of techniques for polymeric materials, various additives and pigments, including chemical & spectroscopic analysis, thermal testing and more.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma holder with 2-3 years’ experience in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or related field
- Fresh Bachelor graduates are welcome to apply as well
- Proven expertise in operating analytical instruments and strong data analytical skills
- Strong foundation in chemistry with hands-on experience in HPLC operation, wet chemistry techniques, and instrument-based analysis of polymeric materials, additives, and pigments
- Knowledge in biocompatibility testing will be an added advantage
- Effective communication skills with all levels of employment both verbally and in writing
