The Frontend Cluster Finance organization is on an exciting journey to accelerate digitalization and data-driven decision making. We are looking for a highly motivated Data Scientist Digital Finance Transformation who is passionate about transforming business processes and turning innovative ideas into practical solutions.

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
A key focus of this role will be the identification and implementation of digital solutions that deliver rapid and measurable benefits to our Finance teams. In parallel, you will actively contribute to our long-term Digital Finance Agenda, a strategic transformation program aimed at establishing next-generation digital Finance capabilities.
- Analyze and document existing Finance processes and identify harmonization and digitalization opportunities
- Define and maintain digitalization projects with a strong focus on rapid business impact
- Align priorities and implementation plans with Finance stakeholders and management
- Evaluate and apply modern digitalization technologies , including AI, ELT workflows, databases and analytics platforms
- Design, develop, and deploy digital solutions that improve efficiency, transparency and decision-making
- Support the development and execution of the Digital Finance Agenda and contribute expertise to pilot initiatives
- Act as a trusted partner for Finance teams , ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Data Science, Business Informatics, Computer Science , or a related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in process automation and workflow optimization . Experience in Finance would be a plus
- Hands-on experience with digitalization and analytics tools such as KNIME, Databricks, LLMs, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio Code or similar technologies, combined with experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
- Ability to understand business requirements and Finance processes beyond technical aspects , translating business challenges into scalable and impactful technical solutions
- Strong self-motivation and passion for digital transformation , combined with curiosity , an entrepreneurial mindset and the willingness to challenge existing ways of working
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills , with an open, collaborative and proactive approach to working with diverse stakeholders
- Fluent English skills , German is a plus

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience, and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group F ( https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/ ). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
