Experience
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or sales supervision.
- FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) experience is highly preferred.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales and distribution management is commonly preferred.
- Experience in General Trade and/or Key Accounts is an advantage.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Other Requirements
Must know how to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
