Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Assisted senior team members throughout the entire deal lifecycle, from opportunity sourcing to transaction closure.

Conducted requirement gathering and developed financial models to support deal evaluation, structuring, and execution.

Prepared presentations, Information Memorandums (IMs), investment teasers, and pitch decks for deal origination, marketing, and transaction execution.

Coordinated with clients, financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction management and compliance support for real estate developers.

Supported deal origination activities through market research, lead generation, and preliminary opportunity assessment.

Participated in client meetings, investor discussions, and site visits alongside senior team members, providing analytical and transaction support.

Assisted in due diligence, data collection, market analysis, and preparation of transaction-related documentation.

Maintained regular communication with stakeholders to facilitate timely execution of mandates and business development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Experience required: Relevant experience in requirement gathering, financial modelling, cash flow preparation, etc.

Must Haves:

Good communication skill.

Good command on Excel and financial modelling.

Good command on Power point.

Location – Hyderabad (On-Site)
