Role Summary

As a Tax Compliance Specialist III (Subject Matter Expert), you will serve as the local authority and Operations' trusted partner for complex client tax matters. You will bring together deep regulatory knowledge, strong advisory capabilities, disciplined execution, and end-to-end process ownership.

In this role, you will help ensure that tax regulations are translated into effective operational standards while supporting consistent implementation across Wholesale Banking and supported Retail businesses. You will also contribute to strengthening tax expertise within the organization, supporting assurance activities, and helping shape future-ready tax services and tools.

About the Team

Client Tax Services (CTS) plays an important role in supporting ING's commitment to regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The team works closely with business stakeholders and partners across functions to ensure tax-related requirements are implemented effectively and consistently.
