Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver robust testing configurations for the Workbench platform.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on functional specifications.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
- Identify, document, track, and resolve system defects using standard defect tracking tools.
- Perform thorough regression, integration, and system testing to ensure platform stability before deployment.
- Monitor debugging process results and work closely with developers to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on functional and non-functional testing.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar).
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience testing banking applications, financial workflows, or enterprise workbench platforms.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
