Production Assistant (Creative)

We’re looking for a Production Assistant to join the Creative team at Adanola.

Working closely with the Producer, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of e-commerce, editorial and campaign shoots. You’ll help with everything from product samples and shoot preparation to travel, logistics, administration and on-set support.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organised, proactive and interested in developing their experience within creative production.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Producer across the planning and delivery of e-commerce, editorial and campaign shoots
- Assist with pre-production including call sheets, crew and talent bookings, travel, accommodation and general shoot logistics
- Help research locations, studios, suppliers, props and other production requirements
- Liaise with agents, freelancers, suppliers and production partners as required
- Take receipt of product samples, keep them organised and shoot-ready, and coordinate getting the correct product to and from set
- Provide hands-on support on shoot days, helping with timings, logistics, product and general production needs
- Help keep production schedules, calendars and trackers up to date across multiple projects
- Support the coordination of key deadlines and deliverables across multiple departments
- Support with production budgets and cost tracking, including obtaining quotes and raising purchase orders
- Help keep production documentation, contracts, and usage information organised and up to date

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Ideally at least 1 year’s experience within a brand, fashion, creative, marketing, e-commerce or similar fast-paced environment
- Previous production experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and happy to get stuck into both practical and administrative tasks
- Strong communication skills and comfortable liaising with internal teams and external partners
- Able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- A creative eye and an interest in culture, fashion and shoot production
- Comfortable working hands-on with product and supporting on set
- Calm, adaptable and willing to learn
- Some travel and reasonable flexibility in working hours around shoots
