Job Summary/Description:
KTUU is seeking an engaging, organized professional to manage our front desk and provide support to our Business department. As the first point of contact for viewers, clients, and vendors who call or visit the television station, you will represent the friendly face of "12 On Your Side."
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assist the GM, Director of Sales, Multimedia Sales Manager, and Media Executives in order entry and maintenance
* Organizing and maintaining a high level of customer service on an ongoing basis
* Verifying the accuracy of orders
* Cover the front desk, answer phones, and greet customers
Qualifications/Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially Excel and Word
* Strong phone and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Desire to provide outstanding customer service
